Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Salt - ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Liver - 14.1 oz
- Onion - 2 heads
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix the flour, sour cream, butter, salt, and baking soda (dissolved). Knead well until a soft dough forms. Let it rest for 30 minutes in a warm place.
Step 2
Then divide the dough into 20 equal parts and roll them into circles. Let them rest for 10 minutes.
Step 3
Now for the filling. Boil the liver for about 5 minutes and rinse under cold water. Cut into small cubes.
Step 4
In a pan, sauté the diced onion in a small amount of oil.
Step 5
Add the liver to the onion and mix well, adding spices. Let the filling cool and add about 50 g of butter.
Step 6
When the dough has risen, make the pies by wrapping the filling in the dough.
Step 7
Place the pies on a greased baking sheet and let them rest for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Bake in a preheated oven until done.
