  • Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Sauté the prepared chicken liver in vegetable oil, add chopped onion and carrot, season with salt and pepper, and cook covered for another 5 minutes.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with mayonnaise, mustard, and chopped herbs.

Step 3
