Ingredients

  • Butter - 1.8 oz
  • Water - 3 spoons
  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Onion - 2 heads
  • Chicken fillet - 10.6 oz
  • Morels - 14.1 oz
  • Broccoli - 7.1 oz
  • Vegetable Oil - to taste
  • Cheese Spread - 5.3 oz
  • Cream - 7.1 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the dough, you will need 50 grams of butter, 1 egg, 3 tablespoons of water, and 200 grams of flour. Mix the softened butter with the egg (it’s okay if the mixture is not completely smooth). Add the water, flour, and salt, and knead the dough. Place the dough in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Step 2

For the filling - 300 grams of chicken fillet, 400 grams of mushrooms, 200 grams of broccoli, 100 grams of onion, salt, and oil. Boil the chicken fillet until cooked. Let it cool and chop finely. Mince the onion. Cut the mushrooms into small pieces. In a skillet, sauté the chicken, onion, and mushrooms until golden. Then add the thawed broccoli and cook for another 10 minutes. Let it cool.

Step 3

For the filling, combine 200 ml of cream, 150 grams of cheese, 2 eggs, and salt. Grate the cheese finely. Lightly beat the eggs. Add the cream and cheese to the eggs and mix everything well.

Step 4

Grease a baking dish with oil. Spread the dough in the dish, forming edges, then add the filling on top and pour over the custard.

Step 5

Bake at 356°F until cooked through and a golden crust forms.
