- Onion - 1 piece
- Salad Potatoes - 4 pieces
- Puff Pastry - 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- "Petelinka Thigh Fillet" - 4 pieces
- Bay leaf - 0.1 oz
- Salt - 0.4 oz
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Butter - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Slice the onion into thin rings.
Step 2
Slice the potatoes into rings and salt them in a separate bowl.
Step 3
Cut the chicken thighs, season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Roll out the puff pastry.
Step 5
Layer the potatoes, onions, bay leaf, chicken, and butter (distributing 5–6 cubes throughout the pie) on one layer of pastry.
Step 6
Cover with a second layer of puff pastry and make a hole in the center.
Step 7
Brush with egg and bake in a preheated oven at 180–392°F for one hour.
