- Toasted Sesame - to taste

Roll out the pastry.

Tenderize the chicken fillet well, sprinkle with salt and ground black pepper, and place it on the pastry.

Tightly roll the pastry with the chicken breasts and cut into slices 1.5 cm thick.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and generously grease it with oil.

Dip one side of the roll-ups in sesame seeds and arrange them on the baking sheet.

Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 40-45 minutes. During baking, it is better to place a container with water under the baking sheet with the roll-ups to prevent them from drying out.
