Chicken Tortilla Roll
Ingredients
- Skin-On Chicken Breasts - 1 piece
- Tomatoes - 2 pieces
- Tortillas - 4 pieces
- Courgette - 1 piece
- Mayonnaise - to taste
- Mustard Greens - to taste
- Oak Leaf Lettuce - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Ground Black Pepper - to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - to taste
- 10% cream - to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic - to taste
- Soy Sauce - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into fillets (4 nice, neat pieces). Season each fillet with pepper, place in a deep bowl, add garlic and soy sauce to taste (instead of salt). Pour in 120 ml of 10% cream. Refrigerate to marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step 2
Remove the fillets from the refrigerator. Take a baking sheet and grease it with olive oil. Place the fillets on the baking sheet, cover with foil, and put in a preheated oven at 392°F until cooked.
Step 3
Remove the cooked fillets from the oven. Take a tortilla, spread mayonnaise and mustard on it, add a layer of leaf lettuce, then randomly sliced cucumber and tomato, cilantro (to taste), sliced chicken fillet, and top with grated Parmesan cheese. Roll up the tortilla and heat each side in a preheated skillet (without oil) until crispy. Place on a plate and enjoy your meal!
