Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
- Chickpea - ¾ cup
- Fiber - 3 tablespoons
- Pitted olives - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - a pinch
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Marinated cherries - 3.5 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Natural Yogurt - 14.1 oz
- Honey - 3 tablespoons
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs until fluffy, then add cinnamon and vanilla.
Step 2
Blend the dates with milk in a blender, add to the eggs, then mix in the flour, fiber, and baking powder thoroughly. Add the pitted cherries and bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 180–374°F (I baked it in a slow cooker).
Step 3
Once cooled, cut the cake into three layers. Spread honey and yogurt on each layer, and arrange thinly sliced bananas on top. Allow to soak.
