Description

- Chickpea - 2 tablespoons
- Dates - 1 cup
- Maple syrup - 1 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder - 3 cups
- Water - to taste

Soak the chickpeas overnight or for 8 hours and cook until tender.
Step 2
Soak the dates in warm water for a short time if they are a bit dry.
Step 3
Blend everything together in a blender. Pour the batter into a baking dish and bake at 338°F until done. Baking time greatly depends on the depth of the dish. At least 20 minutes; then check with a toothpick to ensure the batter does not stick to the dish.
Step 4
In this recipe, two layers are baked, with a layer of coconut semolina in between, topped with peanut butter and a sprinkle of shredded coconut.
