- Vegetable Oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fig - 6 pieces
- Blue Cheese - 5.3 oz
- Arugula - 3.5 oz

For the pancakes, sift the flour with salt, crack the egg, add water, and whisk until there are no lumps. Cook the pancakes on both sides in a skillet greased with vegetable oil.
Step 2
Place thinly sliced cheese in the center of the cooked pancake, top with sliced fig, fold the edges, and bake at 392°F for 4–5 minutes. Garnish with fresh arugula before serving.
