Chickpea Pie with Plums
Ingredients
- Plums - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 2.6 oz
- Chickpea - 3.5 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 2.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
- Natural Yogurt - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the room temperature butter with sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth, adding the eggs one at a time while continuing to beat.
Step 2
Add the flour and mix thoroughly (the batter should be slightly thicker than pancake batter).
Step 3
Wash the plums, dry them, remove the pits, and cut them in half. Place them cut side up at the bottom of the baking dish. Pour the batter over the plums and bake in the oven at 320°F for 50 minutes.
Step 4
Cool the finished pie, then spread the cottage cheese-yogurt mixture with sugar on top.
Step 5
Chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
