Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 3.2 oz
  • Butter - 4.4 oz
  • Eggs - 3 pieces
  • Vanillin - ¼ teaspoon
  • Sweetened condensed milk - 13.1 oz
  • Chocolate - 1.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Beat the sugar and softened butter for 8–10 minutes, then, without stopping, gradually add the eggs and vanillin, continuing to beat until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Step 2

Add the sifted flour and knead the dough.

Step 3

Transfer the finished dough to a pastry bag with a star tip of 15 mm diameter, pipe cookies spaced 4–5 cm apart. Bake the cookies at a temperature of 200–428°F for 12–15 minutes.

Step 4

Pair the finished cookies together with sweetened condensed milk. Dip each pair in melted chocolate to partially cover the cookies.
