Description
I prepare the dough in the evening and bake the cookies in the morning. I also sometimes add a couple of drops of vanilla extract.
Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the cold butter with sugar and cottage cheese. Add the flour and quickly knead the dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 3 mm, cut out cookies, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10–15 minutes, depending on the size of the cookies.
