  • Rice Flour - 3.5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Sparkling Mineral Water - 3 fl oz
  • Peanut Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pour the flour into a deep bowl, slowly add the sparkling water, and knead the batter until it resembles the consistency of low-fat sour cream.

Step 2

Peel the bananas and cut them either in half lengthwise or into 3 pieces crosswise. Dip the bananas in the batter and fry in heated peanut oil for a few minutes on each side until golden brown.

Step 3

Generously sprinkle the fried bananas with powdered sugar.
