Ingredients
- Butter - 9.3 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 14.1 oz
- Muscovado Sugar - 6 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 1.8 oz
- Chopped almonds - 8.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Line the cake pan with parchment paper.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate, butter, and sugar in the microwave or in a double boiler until soft.
Step 4
Remove from heat and beat in the egg yolks.
Step 5
Whip the egg whites to stiff peaks in a large bowl and add the chocolate mixture, flour, and almonds. Mix well.
Step 6
Pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 30 minutes.
Step 7
Cool down.
