Chocolate Almond Muffins
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 0.7 cups
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 6.2 oz
- Baking Powder - 2 teaspoons
- Chopped almonds - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, cream the room temperature butter with sugar.
Step 2
Add the eggs.
Step 3
Break or chop the chocolate into small pieces and add to the bowl. Mix the prepared mixture.
Step 4
Add the flour and baking powder, and knead a not very thick dough.
Step 5
Fill the baking molds 2/3 full and top with almond flakes.
Step 6
Bake for 25 minutes until golden in a preheated oven at 356°F.
