Ingredients
- Sugar - 1 tablespoon
- Cream - 15 fl oz
- Whole egg - 3 pieces
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Heat the cream and sugar in a double boiler, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Add the dark chocolate and continue stirring until fully melted. Remove from heat.
Step 2
Beat the egg yolks and combine them with the chocolate mixture. Stir well.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 338°F. Fill the baking molds with the mixture until they are two-thirds full. Place the molds on a baking tray and pour boiling water into the tray until it reaches halfway up the molds. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Chill for 2 hours.
