If there are children at the table and you're concerned about the alcoholic notes in desserts, you can replace the liqueur with chocolate syrup.
Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Cookie - 8.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 21.2 oz
- Egg Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar - 2.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 10 fl oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - to taste
Step by Step guide

Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the crushed cookies, and mix well until the cookies absorb all the butter.

Spread the resulting mixture evenly at the bottom of a 18 cm (7 inch) springform pan, smooth it out, and place it in the refrigerator to set. This will take about 1 hour.

Lightly beat the cream cheese, add the liqueur and powdered sugar, and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, then add it to the cream cheese along with the chopped chocolate. Gently fold everything together with a spatula, using an up-and-down motion, until well combined.

Spread the mixture over the set crust, smooth it out, and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

Dust the finished cheesecake with cocoa powder.
