Description
Chocolate Avocado Ice Cream
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder - ½ cup
- Avocado - 2 pieces
- Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- Coconut Milk - 2 tablespoons
- Agave Syrup - 5 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cut the ripe avocado in half lengthwise. Twist the halves apart to separate them. Remove the pit. Peel the skin off. Cut the fruit into random pieces. Repeat the same with the second avocado.
Step 2
Place the chopped avocado and all other ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Pour the green cream into a deep bowl, cover tightly with a plate, and refrigerate overnight.
Step 4
Remove the cream from the refrigerator, transfer it to an ice cream maker, and churn for 20–40 minutes. If you don't have an ice cream maker, immediately pour the cream into a container and place it in the freezer. Take the container out and stir the contents every half hour until frozen. Before serving, let the ice cream sit for 10 minutes in the refrigerator so it softens and is easier to serve. Serve with fresh berries and fruits.
