- Ground Nutmeg - ½ teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Bananas - 4 pieces
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs. Sift the flour. Peel and mash the bananas into a puree. Break the chocolate into pieces.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Grease a loaf pan with butter and line it with parchment paper.
Step 3
Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, then gradually mix in the beaten eggs and milk.
Step 4
Gently fold in the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Without overworking the dough, incorporate the banana puree and chocolate.

Pour the batter into the pans and bake in the middle of the oven for 45–50 minutes.
