- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - ¾ cup
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Bananas - 3 pieces
- Breadcrumbs - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks, beat the whites until stiff peaks form. Gradually add sugar, continue beating for another 3 minutes, then add cocoa powder and yolks, and beat again. Slowly add flour and mix.
Step 2
Peel the bananas, cut them into small cubes, add to the batter, and mix with a spoon.
Step 3
Grease the cake pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Step 4
Pour the batter into the pan and place it in a preheated oven at 356°F for 20–30 minutes.
