Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Cookie - 7.1 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Sugar - 6 tablespoons
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Gelatin - 0.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak gelatin in 100 ml of boiling water and let it swell for 40–60 minutes.
Step 2
Crush the cookies into crumbs.
Step 3
Melt the butter and add it to the crumbs.
Step 4
Press the mixture into a mold with your hands.
Step 5
Place in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 6
In a saucepan, pour in the milk, add sugar, swollen gelatin, and cocoa powder.
Step 7
Heat while stirring constantly until the gelatin is completely dissolved. Do not boil!
Step 8
Remove from heat. Add sour cream.
Step 9
Slice the bananas as desired and place them on the base.
Step 10
Carefully pour the milk mixture over the top. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
