Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Fine white sugar - 1 glass
- Corn Flour for Polenta - 1 glass
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks with sugar, then add the baking powder, flour, sliced bananas, and melted chocolate from the microwave. Mix well.
Step 2
Whisk the egg whites until frothy and gently fold them into the batter.
Step 3
Place the dough in a mold; I used a disposable foil cupcake pan.
Step 4
Bake in the oven at 392°F, covered with foil. If not covered, the heavy cornmeal dough will quickly burn on top.
