Ingredients
- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Milk - 2 fl oz
- Margarine - 1.8 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.8 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Vanilla salt - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a medium-sized bowl, combine the sugar and cocoa powder and mix well. Add the milk and margarine. Do not stir!
Step 2
Heat in the microwave, uncovered, on full power for 1-2 minutes, then stir.
Step 3
Add vanilla. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour onto a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 5
Add 2 eggs and whisk well.
Step 6
Combine the flour with the baking powder and add to the mixture.
Step 7
Mash the bananas with a fork and add to the bowl. Whisk the contents thoroughly until smooth.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 9
Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and bake until done, checking with a toothpick.
