Description
This jam can be stored for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator. It's delicious spread on a bun or fresh bread, added to cottage cheese (resulting in a very interesting dessert), and, of course, simply eaten by the spoonful. The jam can also be used as a filling for muffins, a cream for cakes, rolls, and so on.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Orange juice concentrate - 1 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the bananas into a puree, add sugar and juice. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
Step 2
Add the chocolate, broken into pieces, and stir until the chocolate is melted.
Step 3
Remove from heat and pour into jars.
