Ingredients
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 4.5 oz
- Chicken Egg - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.5 oz
- Bananas - 11.3 oz
- Raisins - 2.5 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 0.1 oz
- Walnuts - 0.7 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.1 oz
- 33% Cream - 1 fl oz
- Chocolate - 1.4 oz
- Oranges - to taste
- Almond - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In the mixing bowl, place the butter and sugar. Beat until fluffy, gradually adding the eggs.
Step 2
Blend the bananas and add them to the egg and sugar mixture.
Step 3
Combine the dry ingredients together and add them to the mixture.
Step 4
Knead the dough, and at the end, add raisins, cranberries, and chopped walnuts.
Step 5
Transfer the dough to a pan for kulich and bake in a preheated oven at 347°F for 50 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the dough from the oven and let it cool.
Step 7
Prepare the ganache. Bring the cream to a boil and then add the chocolate. Mix everything thoroughly and blend the mixture with an immersion blender.
Step 8
Glaze the chilled kulich with ganache and decorate it with almond nuts and slices of orange.
