Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 10.6 oz
- Sugar - 9.9 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Milk - 3 fl oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Vanillin - 0.1 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Liquid dark chocolate - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a deep bowl, mix the dry ingredients — flour, cocoa, baking powder, and sugar — and stir thoroughly.
Step 2
In another bowl, mash the bananas (a blender can be used), add milk (or yogurt), eggs, and mix well until smooth. Then add the chopped chocolate.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 392°F. Combine both mixtures and mix well again (the batter will be very thick and somewhat unruly, but that's how it should be).
Step 4
Spoon the batter into muffin tins, filling them 3/4 full. Place in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
Before serving, top with a scoop of ice cream.
