Ingredients
- Butter - 4.8 oz
- Sugar - 4.4 oz
- Honey - 1.1 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Bananas - 2 pieces
- Salt - a pinch
- Cocoa Powder - 1.6 oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 1.8 oz
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Milk - 1 fl oz
- Whole egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla extract - ½ teaspoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat 125 g of softened butter with sugar, then add honey, eggs, and the puree from one banana.
Step 2
Sift the flour, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 2 layers and bake at 356°F for 30–35 minutes.
Step 4
For the cream, blend the banana with warm milk, yolk, and vanilla. Finally, add 10 g of softened butter, mix until smooth, and refrigerate until assembling the pie.
Step 5
Spread the banana cream on one layer and cover with the other layer. Pour melted dark chocolate or sprinkle with powdered sugar on top. Decorate to taste.
