- Coconut Milk - 1 cup
- Lavender flowers - ¼ cup
- Cocoa Powder - ¾ cup
- Almond - ¼ cup
- Agave Syrup - 3 tablespoons
- Chopped almonds - 1.4 oz
- Ground Almonds - 4.2 oz
- Light Raisins, Seedless - 6.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a blender, combine coconut oil, agave syrup, and lavender flowers until smooth, then add cocoa powder and almond oil. Blend again until well mixed.
Step 2
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add ground almonds and raisins.
Step 3
Line a rectangular dish with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly in it. Sprinkle almond flakes on top and place in the freezer for 15 minutes until set. Break into even pieces and serve.
