Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Mayonnaise - 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Milk - ½ cup
- Cocoa Powder - 4 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Strawberry - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar.
Step 2
Dissolve the baking soda in mayonnaise, then add it to the eggs and sugar.
Step 3
Add flour and 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder, and mix well.
Step 4
Grease a baking pan with oil, pour in the batter, and bake in the oven for 25–30 minutes.
Step 5
Add a tablespoon of sugar to the milk and heat it until the sugar dissolves.
Step 6
Cut the cake into 2 halves and soak both halves with sweetened milk.
Step 7
Mix the sour cream with cocoa (1 tablespoon) and sugar (to taste, I used 2 tablespoons).
Step 8
Spread the resulting cream between the cake layers and on top. Instead of sour cream, you can use Nutella (the kids will love it) or any other cream of your choice.
Step 9
Decorate with fruits to taste. In summer, I use strawberries; in winter, I usually use oranges.
