  • Sour Cream - 8.8 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Prepare the chocolate biscuit base.

Step 2

Beat the soft cheese, 275 grams of sugar, and cocoa together. Add 5 ml of vanilla extract and the eggs.

Step 3

When the mixture is smooth, pour it into the mold over the biscuit base and bake at 356°F for 25 minutes.

Step 4

Meanwhile, mix the sour cream, 30 ml of sugar, and 3 ml of vanilla extract.

Step 5

Spread the sour cream mixture over the cake and return it to the oven for 10 minutes. Cool down.
