Ingredients
- Condensed Milk - 1 can
- Walnuts - 1.8 oz
- Butter - 7.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 5 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Potato protein - 0.7 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the yolks and beat them with half of the sugar.
Step 2
When the mixture doubles in volume and takes on a pale shade, add the flour mixed with baking powder, starch, and cocoa. Mix in a mixer until smooth.
Step 3
Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar. Gently fold the beaten egg whites into the main mixture.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes in a springform pan at 175˚C or until a wooden stick inserted into the center of the biscuit comes out dry.
Step 5
For the cream, beat the condensed milk with the butter until smooth, add crushed walnuts, and mix thoroughly.
Step 6
When the cake cools slightly, cut it into three layers and spread cream on each.
