Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 7.9 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 0.2 oz
- Sugar - 7.9 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Vegetable Oil - 2 fl oz
- Milk - 6 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 2
Make a well in the center and crack the egg into it, then pour in the oil, vanilla, and milk. Mix everything well.
Step 3
On a greased baking sheet, drop spoonfuls of the mixture spaced 7 centimeters apart. Bake at 356°F for 10–12 minutes.
Step 4
Cool and sandwich two biscuits together with buttercream.
