- Egg Liqueur - 2 fl oz
- Chocolate Biscuit Base - 1 piece
- Waffle Daisies Dr.Oetker - 0.1 oz
- Dark Chocolate Glaze Dr.Oetker - 4.4 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the chocolate cake according to the recipe on the product package and let it cool. Cut the cake into pieces, then crush them in a bowl.
Step 2
Mix the cake and egg liqueur with a mixer (whisk) on low speed for 2–3 minutes, then on medium speed until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 3
Form 12 equally sized balls by hand.
Step 4
Prepare the glaze according to the instructions on the product package and place it in a small bowl.
Step 5
Dip a wooden skewer into the glaze about 2 cm and immediately insert it into a ball.
Step 6
Roll it in the glaze so that the ball is completely covered with glaze, and place it on a board lined with baking paper. Immediately decorate the balls with waffle daisies.
