Ingredients
- Butter - 2.3 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 5.3 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 1.6 oz
- Wheat Flour - 6.2 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.1 oz
- Powdered Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Prunes - 2.8 oz
- Egg white - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the chocolate. Once fully melted, add the butter.
Step 2
Next, sift the flour, sugar, cocoa, and yeast and add to the mixture. Add the egg, water (30 g), California prune puree, and mix the flour and egg mixture in the same bowl.
Step 3
Then add the melted chocolate and butter.
Step 4
Mix for the next 45 seconds and pour into a greased silicone mold on a baking tray.
Step 5
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes at 302°F.
