  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • 70% Dark Chocolate - 7.1 oz
  • Sugar - 10.6 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 5 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 14.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate with the butter.

Step 2

Beat 3 eggs and 200 grams of sugar, then add the cooled chocolate mixture and flour.

Step 3

For the cream filling, beat the cream cheese, 2 eggs, and the remaining sugar.

Step 4

Pour 3/4 of the chocolate batter onto a greased baking sheet, then pour in the cream filling and top it with the remaining chocolate batter.

Step 5

Bake for 30 minutes in the oven at 356°F.
