Ingredients

  • Wheat Flour - 1½ glasses
  • Sugar - ½ glasses
  • Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
  • Butter - 7.9 oz
  • Baking Powder - ½ spoons
  • 10% cream - 1 glass
  • Chocolate - 4 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour and baking powder. Beat the eggs and sugar with a mixer.

Step 2

Melt the butter.

Step 3

Melt 2.5 bars of chocolate with four tablespoons of cream. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 5

Grease two round baking pans with softened butter. Line the bottoms and sides with sheets of non-stick baking paper. Place in the center of the oven and bake for 30 minutes. The batter is ready when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Step 6

Decorate only the cooled cake. Whip the remaining cream and melt one bar of chocolate. Mix until you achieve a liquid cream consistency. Remember that the chocolate will set, but the cream will help keep it soft. Spread the resulting mixture onto one of the layers and cover it with the second one.

Step 7

Melt the remaining chocolate with the cream and use it to coat the entire cake, so that the cake is completely covered in chocolate.

Step 8

Place the cake in the refrigerator. Once fully chilled, decorate with chocolate shavings.
