- Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
- Sugar - 1 glass
- Cocoa Powder - 2 spoons
- Cream 22% - 5 fl oz
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 356°F.
Step 2
Separate the egg whites from the yolks and whip them into a stiff foam with half of the sugar.
Step 3
Beat the egg yolks with the second half of the sugar and add the cocoa powder to the mixture, stirring gently.
Step 4
Gradually fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.
Step 5
Line a baking tray with parchment paper and grease it with butter. Pour the batter into the tray and bake for 30–35 minutes.
Step 6
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool.
Step 7
Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate cream: heat the cream but do not bring it to a boil, then add the broken chocolate to the cream and stir until it is completely melted over low heat.
Step 8
Once the cake layer has cooled, cut it into 4 equal squares, remove the parchment paper, and assemble the cake by spreading chocolate cream between the layers.
Step 9
Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours.
