- Marinated cherries - 14.1 oz
- Fresh Berries - 5.3 oz
- Cherries in Liqueur - 4 tablespoons
- Liquid dark chocolate - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 6.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.6 oz
- Cream - 17 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Place the cherries and blueberries in a bowl with 3 tablespoons of liqueur, cover, and let steep for about 3 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 356°F. Melt 100 grams of chocolate in a water bath. Remove, let cool slightly, and add the egg yolks, remaining liqueur, and whisk thoroughly.
Step 3
Beat the butter with the sugar. Combine with the chocolate mixture, then add the flour.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites and fold them into the chocolate batter.
Step 5
Pour the batter into a baking pan lined with parchment paper and greased with butter. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and combine it with the cream. Bring the chocolate mixture to a boil, stirring constantly. Let cool.
Step 7
Place the berries on the sponge cake and drizzle with juice. Spoon the chocolate-cream mixture on top and smooth it out. Garnish with fresh berries.

Place the finished cake in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
