- Walnuts - 4.6 oz
- Dates - 6.7 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Macadamia Nuts - 6 oz
- Mineral water - 0.3 cups
- Chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Honey - 6 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Base: chop and mix together the walnuts, dates, and 20 grams (about 1 tablespoon) of butter. Spread this mixture on the bottom of the mold and place in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
Step 2
Cream: soak the cashews for 1-2 hours. Afterward, rinse the nuts in cold water and blend them with water and honey until smooth.
Step 3
Melt the chocolate and butter in a water bath. Add to the mixture in the blender and blend again. If the cream is too sweet, add a little cocoa powder.
Step 4
Pour the cream over the base and return to the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.
