Chocolate Cake with Cream
Ingredients
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Safflower Oil - 1 fl oz
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Vinegar essence - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 11 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Chocolate - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Cream. Melt the chocolate with 120 ml of water in a double boiler. Cool down. Place in the freezer for 1 hour, stirring every 25 minutes. Whip.
Step 2
Dough. Combine all dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder. In another bowl, mix sugar, oil, 200 ml of water, and vinegar. Add the dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake in a preheated oven at 356°F for 35–40 minutes.
Step 3
Cool and cut the cake into 2 layers. Soak with cream. Let it rest.
