Chocolate Cake with Jam
Ingredients
- Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Vanillin - 1 piece
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Jam - 7.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Melt the butter and chocolate.
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients in a mixer and blend.
Step 3
Bake the cake in a mold at 356°F for 45 minutes.
Step 4
After baking, cut the cake into 2 parts and spread jam between the layers (to your taste, I used peach jam — 180–200 g).
Step 5
Decorate as desired (with chocolate, meringue, or any other frosting).
