- Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
- 70% Dark Chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 3.9 oz
- Sugar - 1 cup
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- 10% cream - 5 fl oz
- Lingonberry - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until white.
Step 2
Melt the butter, remove from heat, and add finely broken chocolate, stirring until it melts.
Step 3
Combine the egg mixture and chocolate mixture until smooth, then add sifted flour. Mix well. The batter should be soft, similar to that for a charlotte.

You will need a cake pan with a removable bottom or create a cross with parchment paper, as it will be difficult to remove otherwise.
Step 5
Grease the pan well, fill it with batter, and bake for 20–25 minutes in a preheated oven at 392°F. Then remove the pan and let it sit for about 30 minutes to cool. After that, take it out and transfer it to a plate.

Next, prepare the glaze. To do this, heat the cream in a saucepan but do not bring it to a boil. Remove from heat and add finely broken chocolate. Stir until smooth and let it cool slightly.
Step 7
Cover the entire cake with this mixture. Place it in the refrigerator to let the glaze set. After that, decorate with berries and enjoy.
