- Powdered Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 5.6 oz
- Butter - 9.9 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 4 pieces
- Baking Powder - 4 teaspoons
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate - 9.9 oz
- Heavy cream - 3 fl oz

Step 1
For a 20 cm cake, we need two layers, so divide the ingredients into 2 batches.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Melt the chocolate in a water bath and let it cool to room temperature. Beat the room temperature butter, add the powdered sugar, and beat for about 5 minutes until fluffy. Add the eggs and mix well with a mixer. Sift the flour into a separate bowl, mix with the baking powder, and add to the batter. Beat well, add the chocolate, and mix again thoroughly. Pour the batter into the mold and bake for about 20 minutes. After baking, I soak it with cherry jam.
Step 3
When the cakes cool, you can make the cream. Beat the mascarpone with a mixer for about a minute, add the powdered sugar, and beat well. Gradually add the cream. The cream will become airier, but it should not turn liquid. Optionally, add vanilla. Decorate as desired (nuts, fruits, chocolate).
