Ingredients

  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Vanilla extract - ½ spoons
  • Chicken Egg - 2 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 5.3 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 1.1 oz
  • Baking Powder - 2 spoons
  • Milk - 4 fl oz
  • Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande - 8.8 oz
  • Cream - 7 fl oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 2.1 oz
  • Butter - 3.9 oz
  • Dark Chocolate Glaze Dr.Oetker - 7.1 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 320°F and line two 20-centimeter round cake pans with parchment paper.

Step 2

Lightly beat the butter with sugar and vanilla extract until it becomes fluffy and creamy.

Step 3

Add the eggs one at a time, beating until well combined after each addition.

Step 4

In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Mix with the milk and add to the main mixture.

Step 5

Fill the molds with the batter and bake for about 30–35 minutes. Allow the cakes to cool after taking them out of the oven.

Step 6

While the cake base is baking, whip the mascarpone with the cream and powdered sugar.

Step 7

Spread the mixture on one layer and cover it with another layer on top.

Step 8

Cover the cake with chocolate glaze and get to work immediately, or someone might take it away!
