Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Nougat - 7.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 2.8 oz
- Vanilla salt - to taste
- Baking Powder - ½ teaspoon
- Ladyfinger Cookies - 2.8 oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Cream - 10.6 oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Lingonberry - 1.8 oz
- Pepper Vodka - 4 tablespoons
- Nuts - 2.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Whisk the yolks with the warmed nougat and vanilla sugar, then gradually fold in the beaten egg whites and sift in the flour with baking powder.
Step 2
Crumble the cookies and add them to the mixture along with the nuts.
Step 3
Whip 150 grams of cream and fold it into the resulting mixture.
Step 4
Pour ¼ of the batter into a mold and bake for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Melt the glaze in 150 grams of cream, cool it, and whip. Add the butter and vodka.
Step 6
Spread the berries on the cake layer. Cover with a second layer and spread 4 tablespoons of cream on top.
Step 7
Repeat with the remaining layers.
Step 8
Coat the cake with the remaining cream and decorate with chocolate shavings.
