  • Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
  • Butter - 7.1 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour - 2.6 oz
  • Powdered Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Hazelnut - 2.6 oz
  • White Chocolate - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 374°F. Grease and line a square baking pan with parchment paper.

Step 2

Melt the chocolate pieces in a double boiler. Add the butter and heat until the butter is melted.

Step 3

Beat the sugar with the eggs, gradually incorporate the chocolate mixture. Let it cool slightly, then add the flour, chopped hazelnuts, and mix. Fold in the white chocolate shavings.

Step 4

Pour the mixture into the baking pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes.
