  • Liquid dark chocolate - 3.5 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 7 tablespoons
  • Milk - 8 fl oz
  • Butter - 3.2 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Vanillin - 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar - 4.2 oz
  • Meyer Lemon Juice - 4 teaspoons
  • Egg white - 2 pieces
  • Orange zest - 1 piece

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix the flour, baking powder, cocoa powder, and chocolate pieces.

Step 2

Beat the egg and sugar until frothy.

Step 3

Then combine the butter, milk, vanillin, and orange zest in one bowl and mix well.

Step 4

Combine the ingredients, mix again, and pour into a greased baking pan.

Step 5

Bake for 40 minutes at 347°F.

Step 6

Once the cake is ready, drizzle it with icing. To make the icing, beat the egg whites well, add sugar, lemon juice, and beat again.

Step 7

Drizzle the cake with icing and place it in the refrigerator to cool slightly.
