- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Lemon - to taste
- Pistachios - 7.1 oz
- Chocolate - 1.4 oz
- Lingonberry - 3.5 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 2 teaspoons

Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy.
Step 2
Add the melted butter to the eggs.
Step 3
Squeeze a piece of lemon into the baking soda.
Step 4
Sift the flour into a bowl and mix until homogeneous.

Add cocoa powder and mix everything well again until the batter is smooth and elastic.

Rinse the lingonberries and add them to the batter.

Pour the nuts into the bowl (set aside a few for decorating the cake).

Chop the chocolate into small pieces. Add to the batter and gently mix to avoid crushing the lingonberries.

Grease a baking dish with butter.
