Ingredients
- Baileys Liqueur - 1 fl oz
- Liquid dark chocolate - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 0.7 oz
- Condensed Milk - 3.5 oz
- Shortbread Cookies - 2.6 oz
- Pistachios - 1.8 oz
- Marshmallow - 7.1 oz
- White Chocolate - 5.3 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Grease a rectangular mold (8x20 cm) with butter and line it with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the liqueur, butter, dark chocolate, and condensed milk. Place over a water bath and melt until smooth. Let it cool slightly, then add the nuts, broken cookies, chopped marshmallows, and 100 grams of finely chopped white chocolate. Mix well and pour into the prepared mold. Chill for 2–3 hours.
Step 3
Melt the remaining chocolate and drizzle it over the set block. Wait a while and cut into small squares.
