Description
You can serve the charlotte hot or cold. P.S.: In the absence of an oven, this recipe is perfect for the microwave! Bake on microwave or grill + microwave mode for 10-12 minutes!
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour - 6.3 oz
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Apple - 2 pieces
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 1 teaspoon
- Chocolate - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200-482°F.
Step 2
Grease the baking pan with oil.
Step 3
Take the eggs and beat them with sugar.
Step 4
Peel and slice the apples. Arrange them at the bottom of the greased pan.
Step 5
Add the sifted flour to the beaten eggs with sugar. Whisk until smooth.
Step 6
Pour the batter over the apples.
Step 7
Place the pie in the oven and set to 356°F.
Step 8
After about 20-30 minutes, check for doneness with a fork; if the batter does not stick to the fork, it is ready!
Step 9
Melt the chocolate in a water bath and pour it over the finished charlotte.
